About
A cooperative textile gallery on Setthathirath Road showcasing and selling hand-woven silks and cottons from ethnic minority communities across Laos — Tai Dam, Tai Lue, Phuan, and Hmong weaving traditions. Each piece is certified fair-trade, ethically sourced directly from village cooperatives, and labeled with its community of origin.
Our Story
Founded in 2008 by textile researcher Dr. Chanthy Vongkoth, the cooperative supports 340 weavers across 18 villages. Her decade of fieldwork documenting endangered weaving patterns became the foundation for preserving and commercialising Lao textile heritage.
