A popular Mekong riverside restaurant in Vientiane serving traditional Lao cuisine alongside French-Lao fusion dishes — a nod to the city's unique colonial heritage. Our Story
Chef Bounpheng trained at a Vientiane culinary school before spending years cooking at French-Lao restaurants in Lyon and Paris. Returning home in 2014, he blended his classical training with his mother's traditional Lao recipes to create a menu celebrating the city's unique Franco-Lao culinary identity.
